Hi! I am Yong-Han, a master's student in computer science at 
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
I design, research, and build software systems to improve user experiences and make interactions with digital information easier.
One product I built is NotiManager, a new notification interface and system that improves people's notification experience.
I also conducted a real-world evaluation of NotiManager, and the findings from this evaluation were published at ACM UbiComp 2024.
I am currently working with Prof. Mashfiqui Rabbi on research in human-centered AI and mobile health.
Previously, I was a research assistant at the Agentic Intelligence for Mobile Engagement and EXperience Lab at 
National Yang-Ming Chiao-Tung University (former: National Chiao-Tung University),
a research intern at the 
Human-Centered Design Lab at Polytechnique Montréal,
and a software engineer intern at HERE Technologies (a BMW, Audi and Daimler company) and Xaduro (a travel tech startup that was later acquired).
